Need a recommendation on a fan controller

Budget is $30, $35 tops. Only needs two channels, because it's for an Optiplex 760 MT that I couldn't get more than two fans into if I tried. I'd like some kind of temperature display if possible, and kind of prefer the retro knob/slider look for an Optiplex build.

 

Ideas? This is my first time buying a fan controller, and the only one I've used before was built into the case.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.
