I've tried disabling Superfetch, Windows Search. None of these have fixed my issue and it makes loading incredibly slow. I have tried so many things and I can't fix it. So I have given up and decided to ask someone, see if they have had this problem before because it is really annoying.

Go to the resource monitor and click the disk tab, this should let you know everything that is currently read/writing to your disk. If there is not anything out of the ordinary running there, I would try closing out of task manager and relaunching it. (just a guess here, but I had an old ASUS laptop with the same problem, and it always seemed to be lower after a relaunch) Might also be worth a try to go into startup in task manager and disable everything then do a reboot.....
