GeForce Experience not working.

So I noticed that my Shadowplay wasn't recording anymore so i opend GeForce Experience but then all I got was this screenshot and I dont know hat too do. I did a reinstall and i restarted my computer and evgerything else i could think of. 

Anyone got any ideas ?

So I went afk for like 25 min or so and when i came back the blank scren from before was now the loggin screen after filling in my info it took like 30 min and i was logged in and then it started adding my games and its been at least like 30 min and nothing has happend even though its not using resources. i dont know why its so slow
