I recently upgraded to a Gainward 1080 Phoenix GS from an EVGA 980 SC, but I've been having nothing but issues getting the card to work correctly as it should, and I have no clue what the problem is. Even with the out of the box factory OC it's giving me a score of just over 16k in Fire Strike as you can see in the photo in the link, and the clock seems to be locked at 671 MHz for some reason, although I have set "Perfer maximum performance" to Global in the Nvidia Panel, this could be a bug with the program. I've already tried DDUing to a previous driver, didnt fix anything.

My temps are looking very alright, and this card comes with a great cooler - so I am sure that's not an issue. I have been trying to overclock it further manually, but whatever I try it just gives me scores way below what I should be seeing  without touching the Over Voltage. Looking at GPU-Z, the PerfCap tells me that the reason is Limited GPU Utilization. I really dont know what's going on here, if I am missing something right infront of me or what. It has been really fustrating, as I've been trying to overclock and trying to find stable clocks for around 4 days now without any luck while others put their clocks to 180Mhz and Memory 600 and forget about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update Geforce / reinstall and check for windows updates, friend of mine had to update windows to get it his 750ti to work a while ago.

I am running the latest Nvidia driver, and my Windows is up to date with the latest drivers installed.

I ran the test again today, tried putting on Asus Optimal mode in the bios - a tad bit improved but still considerable low scores.

UPDATE: Restarted and set the power target to 105%: https://gyazo.com/34486e0a86306dbf95048f372159f35a

I'll try setting it to 15 and see what I get.

EDIT: https://gyazo.com/5068d76cc84946b5b235262e95499a89 - around the same results with a small boost in graphics score, but the overall score went down. Power target set to 115%, GPU-Z is showing the PerfCap as VRel during testing.
