New hard drive Windows stuff

Just picked up a new 1tb WD Blue hard drive as I thought my other one was failing so wanted to move files from one to the other before it died completely. Basically I want to use my new drive for windows and all my important files, and want to have any and all crap on my old possibly dying one, which seemed to magically fix itself. Anyways, is there an easy way to move the windows files from my old windows partition on the old drive to the new one? I honestly have no clue how to even begin with this. Thanks in advance!
