Weird CPU clock speeds

Go to solution Solved by Mira Yurizaki,

You're complaining about extra speed?

Nah, in all seriousness, Task Manager is hit and miss with CPU speed. You can also try other system profiling programs like HWMonitor, Speccy, or CPU-z

Hello after overcloking my second pc to 4670k to 4.2Ghz windows says that it runs on 5.17Ghz should I worry about this or not ?

This is actually true my 4.5 GHz OC would show as 4.0 in task man but 4.5 everywhere else.
