Last night I just built my first computer (in the NZXT S340) and it was a fun and somewhat stressful experience (having troubles with IO shield not going in, not enough stand offs, re-screwing because of using different screws that go to another part). It's not fully finished but I have all the parts in at the moment. I knew the PSU cables were going to be a struggle way before I even started building it (also knowing that my PSU is non-modular). So here's what I got in so far that I know is correct: I've got the motherboard power cable in place, the graphics card cable, hdd cable, cpu cable, and the sata cable in place. The others I'm not so sure about. The front panel connectors I'm not so sure about because there is a possibility I've put them upside down? Or not in the correct spot, but I think I've got the PLED+- in the correct area. The other cables I'm worried about are 2 left over cables where I don't know where they go to, but I'm 70% positive that the 4/8 pin connector goes to the CPU on the motherboard (I'll put pictures below to show what it's like). The cable the connects to both of the fans on the case are connected together by a couple of wires, and then there's a connector in the middle but I'm confused on what to do with all of these. The problem I have with some of the PSU cables is that they have multiple connectors along the cable for extra gpu's, hdd/ssd's, and or fans. I'm trying to work on cable management to, which is hard with those extra connectors. I'll stop rambling and show the pictures of the PC.

Specs:

Cpu: i3-6100 with stock cooler

GPU: MSI GTX 1060 3gb Gaming X

Mobo: Gigabyte GA H110M-A

hdd: 1 tb WD carier blue

case: NZXT s340

psu: seasonic S12II 520W

Fans: case fans

ram: crucial sport (1x8gb)

A lot of pictures, but the first one is the PC. The 2nd one is the back and cable management. The 3rd is the cables that I need help with. The 4th one is the motherboard cables (the cables above the gpu). The 5th one is an example of the multiple connectors on some of the cables.

The 4 pins from the fan plug into your motherboard, usually a header called "Cha fan" or "case fan"

the 4/8 pin plugs into your motherboard for the CPU power, normally to the topleft of the cpu socket.

The spare connectors on sata and stuff, you can just wrap around then zip-tie so they're not a big wavey mess.

Also the little cutout below where the GPU power plugs in, is made for the PCIe cable to run through, use that and it'll be able to hide the spare connector.

Ok but there's a bit of a problem, it has another 4 pin cable connected to the other 4 pin cable. I'm mostly worried about cable management.

Its supposed to, some motherboard have 8 pin EPS connectors

Just leave it hanging besides the connected one.

Yah I hid the 2nd cable that goes to the HDD/SSD underneath and tied up in a Velcro tie. The CPU connector is basically an 8 pin but it's 2 4 pin and the wires stop being separated from each other after 1 inch. What about the fans from the case, on the motherboard there's 4 pins and below it says "sys_fan"

I will post a couple more pictures of the cables and everything when I get home.

I took a couple pictures of the cables. Here's what it looks like:

This cable I'm worried about, it goes to the sys_fan and the multiple connectors along the cable is troubling. Here are the picture of how they were routed.

btw I'm worried if stuffing the back plate to the case on would force the connectors on the cables to possibly break a motherboard connector?
