windows being windows, if its just a one time occurance you can probably ignore it, if it happens often, this is usually a simple fix:

open cmd as administrator and type:

sfc /scannow

What does that do?

it's one of the amazing built in commands in windows that let you do great things :D

basicly, what the command does is check windows specific files (like explorer.exe to name an example) for errors and fix where possible.

Ah.  Ok.  I ran that check and it said everything was ok.  So I guess I'm fine?  ?
