I am building a budget gaming PC, and have the option to buy 2 x GTX 670's 2G with EKWB on each. Do these cards still hold there own if they were to be ran in SLI.

I intend to run them with an i7-6700 and 32GB of ram.

I would recommend looking at Hd7950 cross fire as they are around the same price and the extra 1gb of vram and wider bus can help a lot in modern games.

Yeah, it's a "budget build" because I value the i7 at what it is worth, the GPU is secondary.

I do plan on water cooling the whole system.

A friend is selling them, so they have the water blocks already on them and installed. I have no problem with buying a 1070, but he is selling them both for $150USD, so thats a deal I can't pass up.
