Firstly, welcome to the forum!

The 5930k is an older chip, is there a reason you went with it? The only way it makes a lot of sense is if it's a fair bit cheaper than the equivalent newer chip. How much are you paying for it?

That's an expensive motherboard, do you need all of the features on it?

I wouldn't go with 2 SSD's, nor would I go with that much RAM...however, what are you using the computer for? Use case can greatly alter the composition of a computer build.

Why SLI 1070's?
What monitor will you be running?

Thanks for the welcoming, now with the computer. I have a $5000 AUD budget to build a new PC, I'm fairly new in the Custom PC world. I've been doing 3D animation for 2 years and my current PC is really slow. I wanted to build a PC that is future proof ( hence the expensive motherboard and 64gb of ram).

Get a 5820k. The $200 USD (whatever that is in AUD, should be roughly the same) price gap is simply not worth it imo.

Very few things actually use 64GB of RAM...the only one I can think of off the top of my head being Photoshop.

I don't think you need very much to do 3D animation. I built a computer for my friend who does the same thing, and we just got him 32GB of RAM. He does perfectly fine with it, and honestly even that is probably overkill for what he does.

There's no such thing as future proof, and generally it's better to not go all out and upgrade every couple of years.
Not to mention, if you don't make use of it, it's money wasted and a pointless purchase.

I'd go with a 6800k, 32GB of RAM, and a 1080. If you're not in a hurry perhaps use your 1060 until the 1080Ti comes out, and grab that. There's no real point in going with RAID for the SSD's, unless you're doing a TON of streaming/encoding at the same time. Other than that, it's a waste.

I'm using a 32" benq for now, I might end up getting 2 4K monitors later.

question. Would a TitanX be better then the 1080Ti? Or should I just wait?

No, the 1080Ti will likely (if it's anything like the Titan X vs 980Ti) be exactly the same but considerably cheaper. Perhaps even more powerful.

The 1080Ti is what I'd go for if you want a good experience with 4k. 2 1070's would be ok, unless the game has poor support for SLI, which is quite possible.
