Can someone make me a build?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to upgrade my computer with a fresh build. I was wondering if anyone could make me a build (as i've sort of fallen out of touch with recent components and models). So far I'm thinking that I'm looking for a rig that has 16-32 gb of ram. The new(est) i-5k that will be moderately overclocked, preferably with a closed loop water cooling. An ssd (maybe 250-500g for my Operating system) and a 2tb HDD. I'm looking at using the 1070 for gfx card (factory-overlocked preferably).

If someone also wants to make it look pretty I like the colour red or blue ;)

Is there any new major components coming out (like a new CPU) that I should wait for.

Also if you suggest any change to the components I'm tentatively looking at by all means let me know your thoughts :)

Thanks in advance,

I don't know why I chose a NZXT S340 Razer case, but it looks beast.

If you want the best performance ever then it is. What do you plan to do with it? Gaming? At what resolution?
