So right know I have 

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K @5.0 GHZ

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i V2

Motherboard: ASUS Z170-PREMIUM

RAM: Kingston HyperX 32GB @2400MHZ

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 

SSD: samsung 850 evo 500Gb (I use For Windows boot and Recording)

HDD: 3Tb HardDrive

Power Supply: Corsair RM 650X

Case: Corsair 450D

 

And I want a New GC and I dont want to pay 400$ for a 1070 you guys think I should just get a used 980ti (b/c I want to start to reccord)

get the 1070 if the price difference is less than $100

You don't need that much ram, unless you plan on doing high end modeling most games won't even touch 16gb, I just left a message for someone. Drop to 16gb, and use the extra hundred to get a 1070.

Sell your 970 and buy a 1070.  It's a massive upgrade.

 

Unless you are gaming at 1080p 60hz.  In that case, keep your 970.  For higher resolution or higher refresh rates, get a 1070!

How in the Lord are you getting 5ghz with a 6700k? I was  water cooled 6700k and I hit 100c at 4.8ghz... did you delid and cool direct ?
