What is the best silent wired mouse? Under 30$US  (Would love it if it had RGB)

There's such things as silent mice?

Anyways I suggest the Rival 100 though the Rival 300 can be had for $40 if on sale.

Not sure you're going to get mice that are designed to be silent in that price [or at all?]

 

Don't tread on me. I squish, and white liquid comes out. It's icky, trust me.
