Rainbow Six Siege 290 FPS > 40 FPS

Both my GPU's in SLI (Nvidia Titan Xp's) are showing their running just fine, usage, clocks, and everything is the same, cpu too, It just randomly dropped, cant figure it out ... It started in the middle of a match, any ideas? [Tried turning SLI off]

sli is one of the most unreliable things in gaming sometime they work and its glorious mostly used to show off. your problem is the game is not fully optimized for sli also see if you have the latest driver, a titan xp sli should butter through rainbow six.

I tried disabling it, and yes, latest driver.
