Network Dropping When Wired?

Hey guys! I recently switched from the x4 860k fm2+ processor to the fx8320e am3+ processor. I didn't really notice this problem up until a week ago after Overwatch was patched. Since then I have noticed periods of time when my pc would just drop connection even when it's wired. I've done speed and stability Internet test (~27mbs upload and 12mbs download). I searched and believe I deleted all the old drivers, but it continues to happen in game. Blizzard GMs said my pc was fine from the diagnostics i sent in. Just not sure what to do since I cannot even chat with friends for long until it drops for those few seconds.

1. Make sure it only happens on your system to eliminate the Network Quality/Lan cable-quality possibility being the issue

2. Try to recreate the 'correct' situation, could possibly: re format the system, uninstall everything except chrome, reinstall every driver with the latest one.

3. If no luck, then rebuild the system.
