minitor acting weird

so i decided to get a second monitor and thought that this model looked okay so i bought it. it works fine when it doesnt show a black screen of some sort. but i just now noticed that when the entire screen is black like on https://www.yofla.com/black-screen/ (to see dust particles on the screen better) it shows this: http://imgur.com/a/jiupC

its the DELL S Series S2415H 23.8" IPS monitor

i really dont know how to google this, so maybe some of you have the same problem or know this issue because this cannot be a normal behaviour of a montor, not even a german one xD
