OC help! i7 860-870 or xeon x3470

Hello everyone, I have a question:

my mobo is OC? intel DH57DD currently I have a i7 870 stock and I want OC 3600mhz safe or a friend give me a i7 860, but I don't know if it's possible.. last option x3470 for OC on amazon @ $50

 

my rig:

CPU: i7 870 stock current 

MOB: DH57DD

RAM: 16gb 4x4 1600 at 1333

SSD: 120 gb kingston

GPU: GTX 660 sc 2gb next week update RX 470 4gb

PSU: Cooler Master Silent Pro 850w

 

*Im from Venezuela new rig It become uphill...

i hope you cant overclock on that motherboard, the vrm looks quite scary :S
