GA-Z170-HD3P fan header control

Guys, I tried gigabyte's siv software, which wouldn't let me control the 3rd system fan header, (which is a 3 pin as opposed to the first 2)

and it seems speedfan (the software) doesn't recognize my mobo and i can't set anything (the fans don't show up, not even the 4 pin ones)

I also looked into the bios, but i can't seem to find the right settings.

if anyone has a clear instruction or step by step guide, please share

 

fans: corsair af120 on the 3 pin header runs at 100 % which is LOUD AF
