clean windows 10 install

Go to solution Solved by Doramius,

If you have no important information on the drive, I suggest deleting any existing partitions and starting fresh.  If there is data, make sure you've backed up anything important.  Windows 10 usually creates several partitions.  You generally have a small partition for the Boot, and then the main partition.  Starting with Windows 8 and on, Windows now creates a recovery partition and a refresh partition.  This contains info if you want to wipe the system clean, but don't want to have to reinstall the OS.

Generally, if you can't pick a partition, it usually means it's in an incompatible format.  Again, make sure you're choosing the correct Disk, and delete all partitions associated.  Then click new and it will create new partitions.  you should now be able to click on the partition you want to install to.

i have a usb with the ISO file and i boot from it, when i get to the part where i have to choose storage i dont know which one to pick, i see 5-6 different drives in different sizes. i can see my ssd at around 200g put i cant pick it.. help?

Your SSD will show up as something like Disk 0 and be around the size of your SSD, delete everything under disk 0 if you just want to wipe and install. If you have other drives, they would be Disk 1, Disk 2
