I'd buy a GTX 1060, it's somewhat future proof and produces less heat. But it's 2x more expensive. I would invest!

if you CPU is an i3, it should match up pretty well. It's a lower end card so it isn't super powerful but it performs pretty well if you watch any benchmarks on youtube.
