Streaming and gaming pc

Need a pc that can stream play and edit videos max 60fps I plan to stream 720 30-60 fps I need monitor keyboard mouse and capture card Budget is 1500-1750 usd thanks in advances

For the monitor, keyboard, and mouse I would need to know what your preferences are as these are highly subjective from person to person and monitor resolution and refresh rate can significantly impact the build. For the capture card, what will you be using it for, if you are streaming from the same PC and not streaming from a console there is no use for a capture card, just use something like Nvidia shadowplay.
