HDD stops windows from loading in

I recently got a Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB

When I plug it into my pc windows gets stuck at the loading screen and will load for ever. I tried to switch out the sata cabled and different sata power connectors and cables. I got the drive to work normally on another pc but on my one it stops windows from working.

 

The disk is initialized as MBR.

I tried to unplug all other drives apart from the OS SSD.

 

I can RMA it but I do not think its the hard drive as it does work on other pc's

I only just got it new and it was working fine and health was fine when I checked on other pc's

Check the boot disk priorities in the bios.

Checked and I made sure that the OS disk was top and that HDD was showing up.

Hmmm, tried reformatting it in a pc that it will boot in? might just be the mbr is set to active when it should be off.

I tried formatting and gpt, but ill check if its set to active.

Nope, didn't work still stuck at the loading screen
