I think the EATX12V_2 connector is optional... Watch a review video of the board and see if they use the connector for a demo build.

They are both CPU power cables. Some power supplies has two or more CPU connectors and it looks like this board might require it... Let me google around.

Ok so you have to plug a connector into "EATX12v_1". "EATX12v_2" is optional.
