Okay so there's 4 wires. One is a sata cable which I'll plug into the psu later on. One takes up the USB 2.0 connecter. One's for the fans which i connected but there's one more cable that can fit 3 pins into. 

 

Do I put it into the water pump, cpu fan, or cpu opt or none? Idk
