Board Room Audio Upgrades

Hi Guys,

 

I need a new mic and speakers for the board room at the office.  The mic will sit on the table with up to 8 people around it.  The speakers can either sit on the wall below the TV or on the table.  We will be using this hardware with Skype almost exclusively.

 

Budget: $300 to $400 CAD.  

 

Any recommendations?
