there's a lot of settings for the division, so it'll take some time to balance visual fidelity and performance. but i think with mostly high settings (as long as Nvidia-specific features aren't used) at 1080p it'll run fine with a 280x. though be aware that the division is pretty CPU heavy as well

this is when trial and error comes into place, we cant tell you what settings youll have to mess with that yourself and figure it out.

 

you can always use a program to set the settings at the recommended fro your system, but then still its not perfect,

This will completely depend on what you want your game to look like. I have an FX 6350 OC'd to 4.5, 16GB 1866 DDR3 and R9 380 4GB GPU. I started everything on HIGH default, and then played around with everything else until I got it to how I like it. Shadows was the one thing that bugged me the most, but that aside, you should be fine with your current setup. Just run benchmarks to see if your happy with your FPS and visual quality.
