Friends gaming build (clickbait)

Hey,

so I am making a pc for my friend and I need your advice. I already have the cpu which is an Intel core I5 6600. He isn't overclocking so stock fan will be adequit. It's a mini itx build because he got $1200 AUD and wants a good gpu. I'm gonna go give you guys a list of what I've made and please contradict me or help me to give him a great pc for the price. Also, NO AMD products AT ALL. This will be intel and Nvidia. (sorry AMD fanboys).

Cool. ($1200 is basically the absolute top of his budget so if it could be lower and still good please like help me and try)

THX.

the CX450/550M are also good choices if you can find them for cheaper.

Thanks. Just asking would it be possible to tone down this build to a cheaper price or is this a good price for performance. Also (I am asking too much :)) , is this hardware good for gaming like fps, overwatch and other games
