Uninstalling with DDU is a good idea. Once you install the GPU, get the drivers again.

I have a gtx 750 ti and tomorrow I will be getting a gtx 1060, now do I need to uninstall nvidia drivers or just leave them alone?

Uninstalling with DDU is a good idea. Once you install the GPU, get the drivers again.
