I'd go with the MSI Gaming X instead. MSI's cooler is one of the best. 

 

Or the XFX GTR if it is available for a reasonable price.

If you're not going to be doing any overclocking, it gets the job done.

I think BitWit did a video on that one, it might be the Red Devil instead of a Dragon idk. It's a decent cooler, but the RX 480 is still an AMD card and runs kinda warm, and the cooler wasn't too much better than reference I believe.

the xfx rs is better.

I have the MSI RX480 Gaming X 8GB and love it. It's dead silent, you can set custom fan curves and it keeps the card really cool. I would definitely recommend it for all round performance/silence/overclocking. If silence is your main concern I think the asus one is a tiny bit more silent but I have heard issues of coil whine. If it's overclock than XFX GTR tends to overclock a bit better but loses to MSI in silence and if its stock performance I think the Sapphire has better stock clock but loses in overclocking and silence.
