7770 CrossfireX Driver

I just installed 7770s in CF, updated the drivers to 13.2 beta. in GPU-Z it shows that the first one is on 13.2 and the 2nd is on the basic windows update driver. When I update to 13.2 in CF, itll show both on 13.2. When I restart itll show the 2nd one back in the basic driver. Also the fan on the 2nd card isnt spinning

what happens if you roll back to 13.1?
