I'll go with ~$40-50 unless there's a good quality lower priced one.

 

Will be used on gaming computer. It'll run windows, also linux, but windows for games.

They are both right. The stinger is a value option and the others are a bit more premium. For voice, people use the in-game chat mostly. I like discord for an external software.
