This is my 10th draft of this build, and I'm hoping it will be the last. I already have a 250 gb ssd and the price for the processor is a simple ebay price, look up that processor on ebay. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WkQTzM if I put all this together will I have a working computer? thanks

You need a different motherboard as h110 does not support 3rd gen cpu. Time for the 11th draft. Rest is fine

Yeah look for LGA 1155 socket. The h110 is a LGA 1151 socket

reuse your old mobo, h110 mobos are incompatible with that i7.
