Which motherboard

I'm building a 6600k/r9 fury build and i was wondering which of these 2 motherboards is better or if you guys have any other suggestions https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qkX2FT/msi-motherboard-z170apro

Wait why are you getting an R9 Fury at time? Have you considered getting a 1070?

Anyhow, for the motherboard what is your budget? You are going to overclock right?

My motherboard budget is anything less than 100 dollars and yes i will be overclocking.
