Don't put that horrible PSU

Don't put an i7 6700k also, get a 6700

What PSU would you recommend?

u missing RAM/SSD ( better ssd then a hdd ) also 350watt is too low u need 500 or higher

also dont forget a dvd drive :P, unless u intend to install through usb

At this moment i don't really need a SSD. Maybe in the future.

What RAM would you recommend with this motherboard or should I change the motherboard?

MEMORY TYPE

DDR3-1333 / 1600 / 1866    is all that board supports, either one of those with best cas latencies and value

pst u gonna regret not getting an ssd :P ( theres cheap ssds for like 40buck too, 60gb will do for starter, but thees days 120gb are cheap as fk )

i recommend u go for a ddr4 board with proper ram support ( proper speeds ) since u wanna go skylake

yes.... you appear to need a lot of help. My number 1 question would be what is your computer going to be used for? it looks like a gaming rig. if you're going to be gaming here are a few recommendations I would make:

Do not get a k series CPU. you're spending extra on a feature you cannot take advantage of with your current motherboard selection. your i7 is also overkill. an i5 6500/6600 would save you a lot of money and not negatively affect your performance at all (assuming you're going to be gaming on a 60hz monitor/tv). Also, without the K skew CPU, you could not get an aftermarket CPU cooler (non-k intel chips come with a stock intel cooler.... not amazing, but gets the job done). But you can still get a cheap aftermarket cooler if you want.

take the money you saved on your CPU and improve your system in a few areas.... I would highly recommend getting an SSD (such as the A-Data SP550 but you can get whatever is affordable to you). take the rest of the money and invest in a better PSU. both in more total voltage and higher quality. Something like a CX450M from corsair, or an S12II or M12II from seasonic (520W) would do you well. You could also get something cheaper like a 500B/600B from EVGA if you aren't planning to do any overclocking in the future or high powered setups.
