Did you do a full wipe when you installed windows on your ssd?

DO NOT defrag your sdd it will make it run slower and it will break it very fast DONT DO IT

look here defragging your ssd will slow it down and it wil shorten the life span dont do it!

Defragging SSD doens't even do anything, since it can randomly pull information, defragging doesn't matter and in fact only slows it down and shortens it's lifespan

It looks like the 99MB EFI partition. Just ignore it.

He isn't defragging it, in windows 7 and up it auto detects that it is a SSD and just runs TRIM on the system.

Also that 300mb partition just looks to be a recovery partition, you can ignore it, normally these are hidden.

You have to do a complete wipe of your ssd before installing your operating system. When doing this, back up your data and disconnect other drives.

Oh, sorry I had installed Windows 8 on a new SSD but I didn't do I clean install when I got 8.1

There isn't a clean install for 8.1 I believe. It is simply an update.
