Does PLEX support 4K or subtitle (.srt)?

My new TV only has PLEX. Maybe other stuff and would like to stream it from PC over network. What would be a nice way to do so. I remember last time PLEX did not come with SRT file support so was wondering if it is now. Also the most important question: what is PLEX resolution can support or is it depends on the file I stream? I am enjoying 4K content nicely so far via HDMI cable.
