hi :)
i have a amd radeon hd 5830 here that shows up in the windows device manager but there is now display from it, the fan still spins up which to be honest im not surprised by that but what dont understand is that it wont post, but however it does show up in device manager, but it says it has a unknowin problem.
 
should anyone have any ideas i would love it if you helped, this gpu is a must needed thing, i dont have the money atm to replace it.
also would re-flowing it possibly work??

It won't reflow since the 5830 was released well after the EU made lead-free solder mandatory. The solder in modern graphics cards doesn't melt and reflow at the same low temperatures as before.

 

But baking the card can still sometimes make a broken card work for a few days. But it's very much down to luck, and you should only ever do that as an absolute last resort, as in: Right before you throw it in the trash.
