Removing things from a website

Not sure where else to post this.

 

So basically someone online found some pictures from when I was 7, got my full name and other stuff, and started posting it to other websites along with my in-game name and other things. I've tried contacting the site owner, but he won't respond to my emails or even his own damned support form. All I really care about are the google search results though, as it comes up whenever you search my name. Google's removal forms are no help whatsoever. Can anyone help?

I would contact your local police department if the webmasters are not responding to you.

There's not really anything you can do as far as I know, unless the site is hosted in Canada in which case they must remove your information upon request

In the US, they don't have to do anything.

Another problem is, they're hiding the backend IP with cloudflare, so I can't contact the host either.

If it contains underage pictures posted without someone's consent, would that be a valid reason?

Lol I would rather not obtain a court order, partially because I'm not even 18 yet.

Unless you're naked in those pictures, probably not. I think this falls under a more general "someone posted things about me online without my permission."

afaik there doesn't even need to be a "Valid reason".  if it's in Canada and you ask them to delete it, they must comply, end of story.

Well it's not illegal content though, is it?  Just because you don't want it there doesn't make it illegal afaik, but I could be wrong...

depends who took the picture and the circumstances.

 

Outside you have no reasonable right to privacy any one can take a picture of you regardless of age also when someone takes a picture they own the copyright even if you're in the picture.

 

certain situations require consent such as private land, schools and the like.

 

Being under age does not automatically mean the picture is illegal or wrong, plenty of pictures of under age peoples in a vast array of scenes most of which are legally sound.

I mean, the poster did it for malicious reasons, and it includes personal information and where I live, not just the picture.
