So the story I guess begins back in 2014 when I joined this site, because at that time I had become interested in building a PC but never really getting around to it because of uncertainty of what I truly wanted in a PC and the cost since I wanted something that would run extremely well and would look good too. So now a little over 2 years later, I've finally ordered the first part for my PC yesterday and this kicks off the next few months of acquiring parts for this build which I will update when I get them and hopefully add more interest to this.

Anyways, the intent of this build will be to run most games at 1080p high/ultra with the capability for VR a bit later on in the future. Just as an example of a few of the games I will be playing are Battlefield 1, Doom, Just Cause 3, GTA V, Project Cars, Eurotruck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator...

But anyways this is the beginning, I'm looking forward to the arrival of my new case and maybe I'll take some pictures. There are a few that I'm considering to get next. Probably peripherals and/or ram will be next. Don't really want to get the mobo and CPU yet just because it sounds like Zen might be coming out by the time I should have the money for those parts and it'd be worth it to see if Zen will be what at least I wouldn't mind it being. Which would be something that performs the same as or better than an i5-6600K.

My anticipation is that I'll have it built hopefully by March. Doubtful it would be earlier, though it should be for sure built by April.

These are the parts that I will be getting (some parts could change)
