Hey everyone! I would appreciate any help.

Given tomorrow is Black Friday, I feel it may be a decent opportunity to build a new PC.

Other than an SSD from my old machine I pretty much need everything down to a case. I have no idea where to even start on this build. I plan on using it mostly for gaming(I would like to be able to play most AAA titles in at least 30+ FPS at 1080), potentially some VR stuff If I can make it work on this machine in the future.

I have:

-2 monitors

-keyboard

-mouse

-356gb Intel SSD

Would Like:

-Intel Based

-at least 2TB secondary drive

I live in Toronto, and plan on hitting the Downtown Canada Computers store tomorrow morning if I can get a build sorted out.

My Budget is around $1000-$1500. - less than 1500 taxes in, is what I swung with the wife.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks LTT forum!

If you want to save money drop to a 1060 6GB. There still better than your GTX 970 for sure

Okay, I have a 750W power supply that hasn't ever given me any issues, I guess there is no reason to spend an extra $100, now that I'm thinking about it.

Thanks for the advice!

@basik, I went for a white/black (mostly white) configuration. Hope you like it. By the way, the CX750 is not a good PSU. Most of the green labelled ones (like the CX750) are not reliable in high end systems. :)
