So best buy and target are both offering gift cards with purchase of samsung galaxy s7, but verizon also has the phone on sale for 10 a month instead of 28. If I activated through best buy/target, would I get the phone discounted and the gift card?

yes - im in canada and that's how it works here - should be the same in the states

i have- target might do it dont' know - target kinda died in canada after a yr

I made an executive decision to wait until the galaxy s8 lol done it or April so it's not too long
