Upgrading my CPU - Help?

I am current looking to upgrade my processor from the Intel Core i5 4690k to the i7 6800k, mainly for the purpose of video editing. When I first built my PC, I mostly watched while my more experienced friends did the building, or followed their specific instructions on what to do, so I'm not super knowledgeable about everything. Anyways, how would I determine if this new processor is compatible with my current motherboard (ASRock Z97 Extreme3 ATX LGA1150)? I figured I could look at pcpartpicker, but the products weren't listed. If you need any extra information please let me know, and thank you.

It's not compatible as the 4690K uses the LGA 1150 socket, while the 6800K use LGA 2011-v3, so you will need to purchase another motherboard as well.

You have to buy "X99 lga 2011-3" motherboards for your current motherboard cant support i7 6800k.
