Building a Basic PC Setup for Microsoft office apps and web browsing.

Buddy of mine wants me to build him a pc and was just wondering if this setup would be best 

will only be used for basic Microsoft apps, web browsing and pdf viewing.

SSD is over kill in my opinion for it. 

 

6400 is perfect and fine though

i'd save money and go with an amd cpu like fx6300 or even 860k

ditch the cpu cooler since the cpu comes with a stock cooler that can cool that chip well enough. Use the savings on that to upgrade to a 500gb crucial mx300
