Ok so I built my first computer but no matter what I do the CPU led wont go off. I checked the CPU orientation and checked the Kracken water cooler and its all good. The rest of my parts are fully functional but because of the CPU led I am not getting any display on my monitor. My guess is the CPU power chord is bad or something but I don't know how to tell or what else could be wrong. Here's my parts list:  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wZCMFd

Thanks in advance!

CPU LED? Do you mean the Motherboard error code LED ? The CPU will only fit one way without causing damage.

Have you fitted the kraken to the CPU fan header? If not you need to set the bios to ignore cpu fan. Try reseting cmos and with the monitor connected to the onboard video
