What do i need for giving my case a new paintjob and how much it would approximately cost?

I have a post here that goes over that in the Modding FAQ under General Painting. As for cost that depends on the paint, if you were to go for automotive stuff which is usually regarded to give the most vibrant and best color options, it should be about being $100USD or so.

light pink and turquoise was in my mind, dunno how common colors are they

depends on what part of to you frequent . i like the metallic blue to purple & also aqua look

yep that is not good english. depends on your coloured bits i.e. your motherboard, ram colour scheme. more colours = more paint.

i have not been bothered so far to go above the matte black of case. it is super easy to stick to white/blue scheme for components. even if you have some green in there it will fit in with the white/blue scheme because white LED gives off a blue tinge. i have considered EL lighting but right now the cost = CPU upgrade

i am waiting for next years CPU. I am hoping for AMD to come to the market
