What keyboard is this?

Can anybody tell me what keyboard this is?

The picture is from a keycap drop on Massdrop and I'm interested in the keyboard.

I'm not familiar with them but anyone who is would recognize the layout right away without having to count

You see DIY TKL kits for mech keebs go for $200+ when full 100% sized going for ~$100

 

Same for 98 key layouts, not everyone buys them just certain keeb enthusiasts

I'm having trouble finding any 98 key layout keyboards, could anyone inform me of where I could find some?
