I currently find myself wanting to add a 2k or 4k display to be able to run a dual monitor setup. One monitor would run at 1080p at 144hz and  another would run 1440p or 2160p at 60hz. I do not wish to have to overclock any of the products I buy so a non K processor and a motherboard that is not compatible with an overclocked cpu would be fine. I have a budget of around 1k usd. In that budget I need the monitor included, I currently am running this build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KXfjmG. My goal is to be able to run games like GTA 5 and Watchdogs at 60 fps at highest possible setting for my budget. thanks for help before hand and have a happy early thanksgiving.

Dont you find the i7 overkill? It would not allow me money for a 2k or a 4k monitor.
