So i posted on here a few weeks ago about building a small form factor PC, but changed my mind and looking for input/suggestions on it. My budget was about $2,000 - $3,000 USD but am going into college and going to be broke for any major purchases for a few years to come. I am also messing around with the idea of streaming a little in the future as well, so I had reliability, performance, and versatility in mind when I put together this. As it is my first build, any insight on it would be greatly appreciated.

So I Changed the CPU to the 6800K and changed some of the parts to make it a sort of black with white accents. Probably going to throw in a NZXT Hue+ with it, if this would work for what I'm needing. Also, for the monitor, I'm still debating if I should stick with the ultrawide 4K or go with 2 smaller monitors. I personally don't like gaming and having gaudy bezels to look at, but think two might be better for watching streams full-screen while working (Or streaming myself) or other multi-tasking purposes like papers. So any suggestions there would be appreciated.
