GPU naming help

Hi I need some help with GTX GPU naming.

 

I really don't understand, all I understand is 1050 < 1050ti < 1060 < 1070 < 1080

 

Is something like a 980 better than a 1060?? I'm sorry I'm REALLY confused.

How about the 970 compared to a 1060?

when you use comperison websites use userbench not ___boss (they are never right)
