GTA MFREADWRITE.dll missing

Hello guys i have an issue with my GTA 5

I installed it on my pc and it says mfreadwrite.dll missing ( http://prntscr.com/dazroc ), as normal i googled the problem and it lead me to this site on which i downloaded ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48231 ) the future media pack and the game stilll didnt work, so after a while of browsing i found this site ( https://jwhostings.net/node/24 ) on which i downloaded more media features and guess what....game still doesn't work, i restarted the pc multiple times after installing the new features! Help me pls

http://prntscr.com/fgj25n Yeah windows has been fking me up lately...
